Information (Bay
County Courthouse)
You must obtain a marriage license in the state
of Florida. However, license may be obtained at any courthouse
in Florida and does not have to be the county in which you desire
to marry! The Bay CountyCourthouse is located at 300 East 4th
St. Panama City, Fl 32401- Call (850)-747-5111 if you have any
further questions regarding marriage license information.
1. Out of State and Country residents- NO WAITING
PERIOD! (Florida residents -3 day waiting period- unless premarital
course obtained prior to application.)
2. No blood test or physical, both parties must be 18 years
or older and must be present with proper ID to sign the license.
3. If previously married, documentation showing state and date
divorce was obtained will be required.
4. Marriage License is valid 60 days from date issued.
5. Marriage License is $93.50 and is payable to courthouse where
obtained in cash only! Recently some Florida courthouse have
begun accepting credit cards.Please call the Florida courthouse
where you plan to purchase your license and confirm acceptance
of credit cards.
6. Marriage License must be presented to Officiant prior to
start of ceremony.
How to book your Beach Wedding Package -Panama

 To
reserve your wedding date contact us by filling in our beach
wedding planner (see “contact
us”) or call toll free at 1-877-215-4577 with your
selected beach wedding package and wedding date that you have
in mind. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure
your wedding date and time. To reserve a Friday or Saturday
you must pay the booking fee with a Visa or MasterCard (can
be a debit card). If your desired date is a Monday through Thursday
you may pay the booking fee with a Visa or MasterCard (can be
a debit card), check or money order. Make checks or money order
payable to PCBWeddings. Your non-refundable booking fee is applied
towards your selected package price. Your contract will be presented
to the bride and groom upon booking as well as your free referrals,
wedding itinerary (timeline of ceremony activities) and your
beach wedding vows.
Booking Fees for Wedding Packages:
- Elopement Special - $200 (may only be reserved
Monday through Thursday)
- Simple Elegance - $300 (may only be reserved
Monday through Thursday)
- Forever in Love - $400
- Heart to Heart - $500
- Bamboo Beach - $500
- Romance at Sunset - $1600 (may be split into two payments~ initial deposit of $800.00 followed by 2nd $800.00 deposit 4 weeks later)
(An additional $400 will be due 4 weeks later if you are booking
the Romance at Sunset package due to the number of vendors
involved.)
(An additional $1000 booking fee will be due 3 months prior
to the wedding date if you are booking the Romance at Sunset)
**All booking fees are
applied towards your final balance. Your final
balance is due 1 month prior to the wedding date
(due date will be stated
in your contract)**
